Refund Policy

MK Telecommunications is committed to providing high-quality digital services and products to all customers. However, if for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with our service or product, the following refund policy will apply.

1. Eligible Circumstances for Refund:

A customer may request a refund in the following cases:

  • If the service or digital product is not delivered after payment.
  • If the service or product was not provided as promised.
  • If an incorrect amount was deducted due to a technical error or system fault.

2. Ineligible Circumstances for Refund:

A refund will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the digital product (e.g., eBook, software, or course) has already been downloaded or accessed.
  • If the service or course has been used.
  • If dissatisfaction arises due to personal preference or customer error.

3. Refund Process:

  • The customer must send an email to support@mktelecommunications.com or mktelecommunications@gmail.com.
  • The email must include the payment receipt, date, and reason for the refund request.
  • After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days through the same payment method (Razorpay, UPI, or Bank Transfer).

4. Important Note:

  • MK Telecommunications reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request.
  • This policy applies only to transactions made through MK Telecommunications’ official websites and authorized platforms.
